The setting was ideal for Cobayapalooza as diners had a direct view of the open kitchen and chefs all night. I would highly recommend paying each chef a visit at their respective restaurants. But I will tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed the meal from start to finish and was very happy to see each chef bring their A game.
